I don't recall seeing the black halter dress in the spoilers. I wonder if it will be a rare piece from the collection (or maybe I overlooked it because it doesn't seem to mess with the other pieces :))

So it seems like the black halter dress was possibly given away as a prize a while ago. Do you remember when you could vote for your favorite Vivienne Tam outfit? Well I believe there were actual winners (I wasn't one of course :)) because I've heard some people already own this black dress. If that is the case, it sucks that Stardoll would release this dress if it was only given to a select few people, which would indeed make it a rare dress. Now it's not so rare. :(
